Regan was very excited to show off his pinewood derby car that he and Daddy did together. They decided to call it, "The money car." Regan painted it all by himself. They glued money to it and had a "Bird Quarter" with Washington's head driving the hot rod.
I swear I have seen my brother Mark do this look with the wide eyes.... :-) My brother Mark loved fast cars, so of course he probably was here to watch Regan's race. Regan was amazed that he won in best driver!
"WOW! Money car won!!!"
He is our proud boy showing off his hard earned prize. Next year, Regan has told us that he already has plans for his next pinewood derby car. He has really loved watching the "Herbie" movies. He LOVES Herbie...so he wants to design "Ocho----Herbie."
