Regan has been begging me to make blueberry pie with him. We finally got around to doing so today. He told me that he wants a cookbook for Christmas and even told me that he took one of my cookbooks and put it in his room. We used a recipe that we have never done before. The crust was a little too thick...we'll have to talk to our cousin Ann about this...We started making the pie, when I realized that my pie plate had broke awhile ago, so Regan came up with the idea to do it in our heart silicone plate. After we baked it, he wanted to cool it faster, so he set up his infamous fan to make it edible faster. Apparently it did the job because I walked into the kitchen and Ariana was taste-testing it.
Here is our cute chef Regan excited about his already tested creation.
We had a whole panel of judges testing his pie. The consensus was, "DELICIOUS!"
