On Saturday, all of the Pierson extended family got together including a cousin that lives in
Hong Kong, to celebrate my grandfather's 90
th birthday. Aunt Nancy and Uncle Bob are so gracious to have us all descend upon them! The weather was perfect as ever! Aunt Nancy had fixed up a feast to behold! She also decorated with pictures from over the years with Grandpa. Uncle Bob had us
mesmerized with his new Harley as well as the other Harley that he owns...especially this girl! He told me that it was too bad that I was pregnant again, because he was going to take me on a spin with him.
ARGH! Just wait till this baby is born! :-) Here are some of the gang in his garage talking about his big trip coming up where he is going to go on his Harley across the country and into parts of Canada as well. JEALOUS!
My Aunt and Uncle have one of the most spectacular yards that I have ever seen. This is only one snippet from their yard and it doesn't do it any justice!
Aunt Nancy was so thoughtful as to gather gifts for the girls and Regan to play with. They enjoyed keeping their hands busy with coloring books and other crafts.
One of the highlights for the kids was playing with the pinata that Uncle Bob got. Aunt Nancy had given them each a bag to decorate and collect their loot in. Eva was a little nervous about this game, but warmed up enough to try later. Uncle Bob had fun lifting and lowering the pinata as the blindfolded kids took swings at it.
