One of my goals this summer was to get Kyla on a bike two wheel style...we'll..we got her on a bike, 4 wheel style. :-) She has been a little nervous since her other bike had training wheels that kept falling off meaning that she kept falling off as well. I can see how she would get discouraged. She had commandeered Eva's tricycle which was a hoot to watch her rule it. So on one of her date nights (actually date day) we went to Walmart and got her a new bike since her other one was falling apart. She picked this one out and was super excited about it. She road it all throughout Michael and Chelsea's super huge Walmart with the biggest grin on her face.
You would think that this is the same day that we got her bike, but no...it was a few days later, but the same outfit. She ADORES this dress. As soon as she wears it, she hands it to me and says, "Mom, will you please wash it so I can wear it?" The next day, she will come to me and ask if her dress is clean so she can wear it. She has loved this dress to death. It has little holes in it, so I only let her wear it around the house and to play outside. She tried to wear it to school this morning, but I said no...she would wear it everyday if she could. She has even slept in it. So, this is her everyday dress/bike riding dress. She has mastered riding her bike and loves to go super fast. She is our cutie!
Eva was just happy to have her trike back.
Regan loves riding his bike. We tried to soak in the last days of summer to their fullest, too bad we got sick and couldn't be as active.... :-)
