We played rock band as part of our Memorial Day fun. The first group up was Maile, Moochie, Chelsea, and Ryan. They did a great job rocking the house! Can you tell by Moochie's face? Maile is really good as this!!! Watch out Slash!
We switched things up a bit..Moochie on vocals, Ryan and Chelsea on guitars, and I was on drums. LOVE IT! Maile took the camera and snapped a bunch of shots including this one. Good job, Maile!
Ryan LOVES the guitar! He bobs around and really hams up the guitar. Notice that he is also singing along with our song even though he wasn't assigned vocals. He has an awesome voice. No one sings better than Ryan can! Jon Bon Jovi has NOTHING on Ryan!
After we had played for a while, Regan and Maile still wanted to play. Regan tried his hand at the guitar, but decided that he likes vocals more. SO cute! We rounded out the night with Moochie cracking the GMAT books while Ryan, Chelsea, and I watched the movie, "Bride Wars." During the movie, Ryan looked at both Chelsea and me and started laughing. He said, "This is a TOTAL chick flick! Michael...Heeeelllllpppp meeee!" He was laughing that the two of them had just watched Terminator a couple nights before and now he was watching this. Talk about two ends of the spectrum! At least Bride Wars didn't have a pillow fight or sing into hairbrushes as microphones. :-) so I guess it wasn't a TOTAL chick flick. :-)
