More updates...sledding in our SNOW

If anyone has been following the weather, you've heard that we have had some CRAZY weather here. When these pictures were taken, it was before the sub-zero days. We have lived here almost 5 years and can definitely say that this winter has been the coldest and snowiest winter we have ever had. Here we are taking a break from our sledding fun to take a family picture. It's hard to find any kind of "hill" here in the Midwest, but we do have a small one in our neighborhood. We love going here because it doesn't pull the crowds like the other "hills" of our area.
Chelsea and Michael enjoyed using their new sled...so did we! :-)

Regan and Maile were up and down the "hill" constantly. Regan would do dare devil tricks and announce them right before he would go down.... "Now, I am going to go down backwards on my back!"

Can I just say that snow is a wonderful babysitter?! We had Eva at the bottom of the "hill" and she didn't move one inch. She would bend down occasionally to grab some snow to eat it, but other than that, she loved watching everyone come down our hill. We took her down a few times. She is another little daredevil as well!

Before we went sledding, Mom and the kids made homemade pizzas. They had quite the fun with Grandma!
