Birthday Boy Regan

We didn't have our camera for Regan's breakfast morning because Moochie and Chelsea had it for their new house. So..if you are wondering why we don't have any morning pictures, that is why. For Regan's special menu for his day, he chose a breakfast of waffles, bacon, sausage, and eggs. For lunch, he chose a meal of corn dogs and Cheetos. Dinner rolled around and we ate his planned meal of Home Run Inn pizza, a Chicago based pizza company that has restaurants and well as frozen pizzas you can buy at Target or Costco. We had 10 helium balloons for our 10 year old boy. Eva LOVES balloons and wanted to commandeer them all day long as you can see in the above picture.
My parents bought Regan a special leather bomber jacket from the Boeing plant in Seattle months ago. They have been so excited to give it to him for his birthday. He was excited to receive it!!! :-) He wore it to school with much pride this week!

Regan made us laugh as we started to talk about his dessert. He pulled out a banana and told all the girls that they needed to have 3 bites of banana before they could have sweets. He then cut three slices on each girl's plate. It made us laugh!

We played the hot and cold game to find his presents. One of his other favorite presents was a TV and DVD/VCR combo that Moochie and Chelsea gave him. He jumped up and down when he walked into his room and found it set up. We all piled into his room and watched some of the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets movie.

Finally, we capped the day off with singing to Regan. We had to re-light his candles as we finished singing, "Happy Birthday," Eva blew out his candles as if on cue. We re-light the candles and sang again...this time, Regan blowing out his own candles. We love this boy and are so grateful that he is ours to celebrate!
