We had a great birthday for Ariana. Ryan came home on the early train and we went straight to the pet store and came back with a beta fish for Ariana. She hasn't named it yet, but we'll let you know when she does.
Regan is our resident chef. He came up to Ariana and said, "Ariana would you like something really delicious? Would you like to have to have some of my yummy vanilla pudding?" He was so excited. When I came back into the kitchen, he had the beaters to the side and was clearing out the fridge to put in his vanilla pudding. So sweet!
Regan really likes hard boiled eggs right now. Ariana took one and put it in a container with a washcloth. I asked her what she was doing and she said that she was waiting for a chick to hatch. I told her she would be waiting a really long time.... :-)
For dinner, Ariana chose to eat Portillo's...a famous Chicago style hot dog place. You have never eaten until you have had a Chicago style dog! We LOVE them!!!
