Nauvoo

We ate at an "interesting" establishment called Grandpa Johns. After, Grandma Red, Papa, David, Shelly, and Calleigh walked over to the temple grounds to look around. Everyone else b-lined it an ice cream shop first. We laughed as we went to three different stores to find flavors other than vanilla and chocolate. Ryan was our leader. He kept on walking down the street. Chelsea turned to me and said, 'Uh...how long till we get there? It looks like we are coming to the end of "down town Nauvoo." It was a walk, but worth it. We got to take in the sights of Nauvoo such as the converted van. Not sure what the owners were thinking as they converted it into a "storm chaser/batman mobile style van...but Moochie was digging it. I think his wheels are turning as to the possibilities of the fine ride he could have...
We ate ice cream at the bakery shop. It was delicious! After our trek back, we met up with everyone as Mom told us of her adventures around the temple. We had fun in Nauvoo. Next time we'll have to be their longer for Mom and Dad. They left yesterday evening. We loved having them here. Love them!
