Our kindergarten breaks up the number of students to smaller numbers for a more intimate first time with their teacher and parents for the first two days of school, so I got to be with our fun girl. Kyla happens to be in the same class this year with our neighbor, Annabelle, from across the street. We are so glad that they get to be together! Here are the two girls listening to their teacher read them a story.
The kids worked on papers describing themselves while the parents sorted school supplies. Kyla drew a picture of her wearing a pink sparkly princess dress as well as write that her favorite food are pancakes and that she likes to play make believe and jump everywhere.
I snapped a picture of Kyla right before we walked across the street to ride with Annabelle and her mom. Maile, Ariana, and Kyla all had on the same matching "first day of school outfits."
Here we are ready for some serious fun!!! Kyla attends her first real day tomorrow and boy is she ready!
